About the Event
Scramble format, shotgun start at 9:00 AM, registration begins at 8 AM. $135 per player includes breakfast sandwich, footlong hotdog and chips, beer, and dinner at Hops 44. Cash bar at dinner. Texas Hold 'Em, Closest to Pin, Closest to Line, Longest Drive, 50/50 raffle. Please register your foursome together.
Sponsorships available. $500 sponsorships include 2 golfers, $1000 sponsorships include a foursome. Sponsors will be recognized in the program, signage at the event, on our website. Sponsors $500 or $1000 will be mentioned on the radio, in newspaper articles, social media campaign, at the dinner, and all promotional materials. The ECVCC is a 501c3 public charity under the umbrella of the Windham Region Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
